私鉄沿線別所得ランキング 首位は江ノ電、東急も上位

　野村総合研究所は３０日、三大都市園の主な私鉄沿線別の２００８年世帯総所得ランキングを発表した。トップは観光地としても人気の鎌倉と藤沢を結ぶ神奈川県の江ノ島電鉄線で、１世帯当たりの平均年間所得は推計８００万円だった。２位は関西屈指の高級住宅地沿線の阪急甲陽線（兵庫県西宮市）、３位は渋谷と吉祥寺を結ぶ京王井の頭線（東京都渋谷区?武蔵
野市）が入り、ブランド力の強いエリアに富裕層が集まっていることを示した。

　調査は首都圏（東京、埼玉県、千葉、神奈川）と中京圏（愛知、三重、岐阜）、近畿圏（大阪、京都、奈良、和歌山、滋賀）の主な私鉄１２９路線（ＪＲ、地下鉄、モノレール除く）を対象に、野村総研が総務省の統計などを参考にまとめた。
